How long do you wait to paint an exterior of a house after powerwashing?

Depending on the home exterior and weather, you may need to allow up to 48 hours of drying before priming or topcoating. Lower temperatures, high humidity and more porous surfaces may need longer to dry out before painting. If humidity is high or it has rained, the longer the wait.
